No decisions will be made during this portion of the meeting. 7:00 PM CONVENE REGULAR MEETING - Public Welcome & Chair Opening Statement ACTION ITEMS 1. PUBLIC HEARING - Kitto Accessory Garage Condition Use Permit - 1948 East 3900 South Property owner, Don Kitto is applying for a conditional use permit to construct a detached garage on his property. Accessory structures larger than 950 square feet are allowed by conditional approval from the Planning Commission. Proposed size garage size is 1,500 square feet. PF#18-1-10 2. Stream Protection and Preliminary Plat - 'Schofield' Subdivision - 2547 E. Valley View - CONTINUED ITEM Continued review of stream protection and preliminary plat construction details for a 2-lot residential subdivision in the R-1-10 zone. PF#18-1-08 3. Approval of Minutes - July 10, 2018 WORK SESSION 4.
