Meeting Called to Order: Invocation by Invitation; Pledge of Allegiance B. Presentation: 1. Local Special Bond Election-Washington County School District C. Consent Agenda: (Items on the consent agenda may not require discussion. These items will be a single motion unless removed at the request of the Mayor or City Council.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Minutes: September 5, 2018 regular meeting minutes. 3. Review Invoices and Checks: $177,752.87 D. Committee Reports: Fire District, Sewer Board, Planning Commission, Water Board E. Citizen Comment & Request for Future Agenda Items: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for the citizens of La Verkin who have items not listed on this agenda. There is a time limit of 20 minutes with each individual taking no more than three minutes. F. Business: 1. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. R-2018-24; A resolution amending the City's culinary Water Fees. 2. Discussion and possible action to approve Ordinance No. 2018-06; A substitute ordinance clarifying and replacing Ordinance No. 2018-04, amending Article A of Chapter 5 of the La Verkin City Code, and providing for the assessment and collection of fees, deposits, and other costs for the rental of certain city-owned facilities within the City. 3. Discussion on the ribbon cutting ceremony for Riverwood Park. G.
