LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On September 27, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items:
Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of the Mill Pond Heavy Commercial zone change, 37.1-acres of land located in the Mill Pond area changing the zoning from Commercial to Heavy Commercial. (continued from the August 23, 2018 meeting)
Public hearing and recommendation of Emily Mortimer's request for review of the Mortimer General Plan Amendment on approximately 6.19-acres of property located at approximately 600 East 200 South, changing the land use designation from LDR (low density residential) to Commercial.
Public hearing and recommendation of Daryl Hodgson's request for review of the Aberle Acres concept, a 6-lot residential development located at approximately 570 South 300 East in an approved R-1-Flex (residential) zone.
Public hearing and consideration of Syringa Networks' request for approval of a Conditional Use permit to run fiber in buried conduit in the area of SR-92 and Thanksgiving Way.
Public hearing and consideration of Harley Downs' request for approval of a conditional use for a flag lot to be located at 661 South 300 West in an A-1 (agriculture) zone.
Public hearing and consideration of Harley Downs' request for approval of Downs Estates Plat B, a 2-lot subdivision with an existing home located at 661 South 300 West in an A-1 (agriculture) zone.
Public hearing and recommendation of Trevor Hull's request for review of a zone change for Jay's Place, approximately 5.28-acres of property located at 3121 West Main changing the zoning from A-5 (agriculture) to RA-1 (residential/agriculture) to match the rest of the property.
Public hearing and recommendation of Trevor Hull's request for review of the Jay's Place Concept, a 25-lot residential development located at 3121 West Main in a proposed RA-1 (residential/agriculture) zone.
Public hearing and recommendation of Jay Busk's request for preliminary subdivision review of Busk Subdivision, a 6-lot residential development located at approximately 275 North Willow Park Road in existing A-1 (agriculture) and TH-5 (transitional holding) zones.
Public hearing and recommendation of Edge Homes' request for review of a zone change for Exchange II, approximately 30.986-acres of property located at approximately 3600 West 1500 North from TH-5 (transitional holding) to R-3 (high density residential) and Commercial.
Public hearing and recommendation of Edge Homes' request for review of the Exchange II concept, a 340-unit townhome and condo development located at approximately 3600 West 1500 North in a proposed R-3 PUD.
Public hearing and consideration of Wagstaff Inv request for approval of the Holiday Oil concept, a 2-acre commercial development located at approximately 2100 North Ashton Blvd in a Commercial zone.
Public hearing and recommendation of Nate Reeve's request for review of the Lehi Storage zone change, approximately .427-acres of property located at approximately 1099 South 1100 West changing the zoning from R-1-22 (residential/agriculture) to Commercial.
