NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY ROY CITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ANNEXING UNINCORPORATED AREAS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE WEBER COUNTY COMMISSION On September 4, 2018, the Roy City Council adopted Resolution No. 18-21 declaring Roy City's intent to annex six (6) existing unincorporated islands as previously recommended by the Weber County Commission and described in Weber County Resolution 41-2017 adopted on October 3, 2017. Notice is hereby given that the Roy City Council will meet on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 5:30 pm in the City Council Chamber/Court Room in the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah, and will then and there conduct a public hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding the proposed annexations and the proposed corresponding zoning designations. The areas proposed to be annexed include land within six (6) unincorporated islands, described as follows: Area 1: All of an unincorporated island on 4000 South between the Union Pacific Railroad tracks and the D&G Rail Trail, including parcels with the following land serial numbers: Parcel ID - Property Address - 08-052-0016 - 2449 W 4000 S; 08-052-0023 - ; 08-052-0068 - 2449 W 4000 S .
