- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regular session on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, beginning at 7:15 p.m. in the American Fork City Hall, 31 N. Church Street. The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following: - Amendments to the Section 15.01.110 of the city code relating to easements. - Vacation of a portion of a public utility easement at 944 East and 956 East 1000 North. - Amendments to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019 budget. - Declaring a 1987 Mack Fire Truck to be surplus and disposed of. - The Apex Land & Cattle Annexation located at approximately 1360 North 200 West. Copies of the proposals are available at the City Administrative Offices, 51 E. Main Street, or online at www.afcity.org. All interested persons are invited to attend and make comment.
