Cleveland Town Council Meeting September 13, 2018 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Flag Ceremonies: Opening Ceremonies: Pledge Minutes: Questions for the Mayor and Council Limited to 10 minutes This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence. Please limit your comments to three minutes. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Discussion Agenda: Action Agenda: 1. Consideration and possible approval of UMCA membership-tabled from last month 2. Consideration and possible approval of Ordinance No. 09132018 which creates a tree board with duties and responsibilities for trees inside Cleveland Town limits 3. Appoint a five (5) person tree board with a term of three (3) years except that the term of two (2) of the members appointed to the first board shall be for only one (1) year and the term of two (2) members of the first board shall be for two (2) years 4. One Call Now renewal at $91.75 for 1000 calls 5. Consideration and possible approval of per diem for fire department training, 4 firemen for 3 days @ $25 per day 6. Review bills and approve for payment 7. Council reports 8. Adjourn meeting If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken The next regular Council Meeting will be held on October 11, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
