Disclosures and conflicts of interest. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 5. Approval of minutes from August 9, 2018 Town Board meeting. 6. Accessory Building Setback Ordinance clarification for corner lots: Possible vote to proceed with public hearings. 7. Brian Lindsay-Accessory building at 220 E. 200 N. 8. Water utility billing problem from May: No May overruns hit the water bills. 9. Cookie Heddings and request for better street signage. 10. Kanarra Creek Coalition-report about debris dam in canyon. 11. Solar Powered speed limit display signs for both ends of Main St. 12. Possible new rules for Cobble Crest and Town Hall rentals.
