- KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 27, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center, Kaysville, to consider: Rezone of 0.25 acres of property at 425 East Crestwood Road from R-1-8 (Single Family Residential) to the PU (Public Use) zoning district. AND Rezone of 0.59 acres of property at 146 East 200 North from R-D (Diverse Residential) to the PB (Professional Business) zoning district.
