- CITY OF WEST JORDAN PUBLIC NOTICE Request for Proposals Rodeo Stock Contractors West Jordan City is soliciting proposals for a Rodeo Stock Contractor for the 2019 Western Stampede PRCA Rodeo to be held July 4, 5, and 6, 2019. The city is seeking proposals from current eligible PRCA Rodeo Stock Contractors in good standing and current eligible PRCA Rodeo Production and Consulting firms, with expertise in providing top quality PRCA rodeos and family entertainment. Proposals will be received by the City of West Jordan, City Recorder/Clerk's Office, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088 until October 2, 2018 @ 2:00 P.M. at which time the names of those firms who submitted proposals shall be publicly announced. Proposals shall be deemed received when they are in the physical possession of the City Clerk/Recorder' or designee. Proposals, modifications, or corrections will not be accepted if they are not timely received by the City Recorder/Clerk's Office, regardless of the cause, whether or not by action or inaction of the City, including but not limited to delayed, lost, undelivered or misdirected mail. Emailed or facsimile transmitted proposals will not be accepted. An electronic copy of the proposal documents may be obtained via email beginning September 17, 2018. from Paul Wellington, Purchasing Agent, paul.wellington@westjordan.utah.gov When emailing Paul to request bid documents please include your full name, company name, address, and phone number.
