INVOCATION BY INVITATION 3. 4:30 PM SCHEDULED ITEMS 3.1 Public Hearing: The applicant requests the City approve the plat amendment of Hidden Heights Plat D, including a vacation of Lot 1 Hidden Heights Plat 'B' and Lot 1 Driftwood Acres, located at 261 East 1910 South in the R8 zone. The applicant requests the Planning Commission approve the plat amendment of Hidden Heights Plat D. Presenter: Kristina Haycock 3.2 Site Plan: Orem Technology Campus requests the City approve the site plan of Orem Technology Campus Phase 1 and 2 at 1300 North Geneva Road in the PD-36 zone. Staff recommends the Planning Commission approve the site plan for Orem Technology Campus Phase 1 at 1300 North Geneva Road in the PD-36 zone with the condition that no building permit be issues for the project until the final approval letter is received from the Army Corps of Engineering pertaining to wetland mitigation.
