- NEWTON PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA September 13, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the Newton Town Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on September 13, 2018, in the Town Council Chambers at Newton Town Hall located at 51 South Center Newton, Utah. MEETING AGENDA 1. The meeting will begin at Newton Town Hall, 51 South Center. Then the Newton Planning Commission will travel with the Newton Town Council for a field trip tour of the Newton Water System. After the tour the Newton Planning Commission will meet at the Newton Town Hall. 2. Approval of August 2018 minutes 3. Review Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Val Cooley property at approximately 175 East 200 South, two lots 4. Adjournment Dated this 12th of September, 2018 Karla R. Ferguson, Newton Town Clerk
