- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Annabella Town Council will hold a Town Council meeting on Thursday, September 13, 2018, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council room located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Darin Robinson, Jones & DeMille/Progress update and preliminary recommendations on water and streets pavement preservation analysis III. Council Business A. Approval of minutes B. Approval of warrant register C. Consideration of Winn's fence proposal with possible vote/motion D. Consideration of Ordinance 2018-01, an ordinance establishing water restrictions and fines IV. Department Business. A. Beautification, Parks & Activities B. Cemetery/Sprinkler Bid C. Roads/Fire Hydrants D. Water V. Other Business. VI.
