Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Washington City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 6:00 p.m or shortly thereafter, for consideration of the following: Consideration to amend a portion of the Washington City Code, more specifically, 'Additional Height Waiver', as found in Title 9 Zoning Regulations, Chapters 14 Supplementary and Qualifying Regulations, Section 22 Additional Height Waiver, amending who approves additional building height request. Applicant: Washington City A detailed description is available in the Community Development Office located in the Washington City Offices. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Office Building located 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah. Agenda's will be available the Friday before the meeting online at www.utah.gov/pmn and www.washingtoncity.org
