- Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee (DRC) of Springville will consider the following items on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2018 in Conference Room #217 of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. Members of the Springville City Development Review Committee will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 A.M. in the Springville City Civic Center. The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. 9:00 A.M. - Catherine Taylor seeking minor subdivision approval for Taylor Hollow, Plat B, located in the area of 785 S 400 E in the R2 Zone. 2. 9:20 A.M. - Ken Condie seeking preliminary approval for the Condie Farms Subdivision located in the area of 1200 W 550 N in the R1-10 and R1-15 Zones. SPECIFIC TIMES LISTED FOR EACH AGENDA ITEM ARE APPROXIMATE The City will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
