- Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Thursday, September 27, 2018 - which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in the Plain City Hall at 4160 West 2200 North. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on rezoning property owned by Panunzio Family LTD, located at approximately 1975 N 3900 W. Petitioners have proposed that the property be rezoned from an RE-20 zone (20,000 Sq. Ft. minimum lot size) to an RE-15 zone (14,520 - 18,500 Sq. Ft. minimum lot size). Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing(s) or to file written comments with the City Recorder at the same address.
