Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Genola will hold a public meeting in the Public Safety Building located at 455 N. Main on Wednesday, September 12th, 2018. The Council meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Council meeting will be as follows: 1. Call to Order Opening Prayer Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes: August 8th, 2018 2. Expenditures: $ 20,419.14 Anderson Law Center: $ 4,335.00 Bankcard Center: $ 1,317.34 CO Building Systems: $ 1,803.07 John Cowan: $ 1,530.00 JUB Engineers: $ 4,142.14 Rocky Mountain Power: $ 1,250.29 Santaquin City: $ 9,325.55 Staker & Parson Companies: $715.75 3. Police Chief Report Fire Chief Report Chief McMullin would like to approve $800.00 for a handheld radio. Planning Commission Report Public Forum: Audience members may bring any item not on the agenda to the Mayor and Council's attention. Comments will be limited to a maximum of five (5) minutes at the discretion of the Mayor. State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. New Business: 1. Renewal of land lease agreement with Circle C Dairy for land owned by the Town of Genola located at approximately 74 W. 800 S. Parcel # 29.034.0064. 2. Discussion and possible action on final Mylar for Throckmorton Estates on property owned by Danny and Sharon Throckmorton represented by Spencer Daniels located at approximately 209 E Center Parcel # 29.030.0105 & 29.303.0035. 3. Discussion and possible action on a Final Mylar for 4B Estates owned by 4-B Properties represented by Lance Bateman located at approximately 673 N. 800 E. in Genola Parcel #'s 29.030.0014 & 29.030.0061. 4. Discussion and possible action on codification of our ordinances and entering into an agreement with Municode online. 5. Discussion and possible action on the impact fee report for the FY 2019. 6. Discussion and possible action on a draft for bidding the recoating of the culinary water tank. 7. Discussion with Councilman Brown on the progress of an AT&T Tower agreement.
