Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday September 12, 2018 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1.Swear in new Town Clerk/Recorder Melissa Nielson - Leslie Gibbs;Town Clerk. 2.Review and Approval of minutes from August 8, 2018 Town Council Meeting. 3.Review and Approval of August 9, 2018 to September 12, 2018 Bills/Payroll. a)Approval on Scott Archibald bill (Sunrise Engineering). 4.Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. 5.Discussion and approval of funds for Scott Archibald to update the water impact fee schedule. Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes. Review of Departments: 6.Water - Council Member Nelson a)Fill water meter reader vacancy. b)Discussion and approval of funds for Water repair spare parts. 7.Roads - Council Member Smith a)Fill roads worker vacancy. b)Discussion of road work/plan study on 25600 N. 8.Planning and Zoning- Council Member John a)Fill Planning and Zoning Commission vacancies. b)Discussion and decision on moving forward with zoning map passage and public hearing. 9.Parks and Recreation - Council Member Munns a)Discussion and approval of September Activity/Portage Days. 10.Fire Department - Assistant Chief Tom Davis a)Discussion and decision about selling the old fire engine. 11.Sgt.
