Description/Agenda: The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 7505 South Holden Street, Midvale, Utah. The Planning Commission will be considering a request to rezone property from the Single Family Residential zone with Duplex and 7200 South Overlays (SF-1/DO & 7200 S) to the Regional Commercial zone with 7200 South Overlay (RC/7200 S) at 145 East 7200 South. This request has been made by Sourabh Singh, NJRA Architects, on behalf of the property owner, Ganesh Garden Midvale LLC.
