PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH September 11, 2018 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, commencing at 6:00 PM. The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of Allegiance: Boyd Hansen Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Boyd Hansen Declaration of Conflicts of Interest Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council (public) Consent: -Minutes of August 28, 2018 -Bills of Pleasant View City Business: 6:10 P.M. 1. Request an exemption to the Home Occupation conditions to allow a person other than a bona fide residents of the premises to jointly conduct an online retail business at 3951 N 1050 W. (Requesters: Carson Bischoff and Kolton Willden) 6:15 P.M. 2. Discussion and possible action to award the RFP for Carpeting at City Hall. (Presenter Jay Palmer) 6:25 P.M. 3. Discuss Park Regulations. 6:45 P.M. 4. Discuss RAMP Grant Funding & Projects for 2019. 7:00 P.M. 5. Update Presentation on Utilities 2017. (Presenter: Tyson Jackson) 7:15 P.M. 6. Discuss possible takeover of water lines, services and meters in private developments. (Presenter: Tyson Jackson) 7:30 P.M. 7. Closed Meeting. 8.
