The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 11th day of September, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah.
When you are recognized to be heard during any Town of Rockville public meeting -- to ensure an accurate recording of your remarks -- please come to the podium.
The agenda will be as follows:
1. Call to order - roll call.
2. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item.
3. Public Comments
If you wish to speak during Public Comment, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed.
4. Discussion and action on an Application for a Temporary Use/Special Event Permit for Roger Fuller Artist Reunion to be held at Flyin' Zion Ranch - R. Fuller or Representative
5. Approval of the minutes of the August 14, 2018 regular meeting.
6. Approval of the minutes of the August 14, 2018 work meeting.
7. Planning Commission Administrative Business.
8. Adjourn.
