PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 5:00 PM to consider the following: Zone change from A-20 (Agricultural 20 acre lot size) to R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 sq. ft. lot sizes) on approximately 3.67 acres located along the east side of the logical extension of 3210 East Street. Zone change from M&G (Mining and Grazing) to R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 sq. ft. lot sizes) on approximately 17.77 acres located at approximately 1700 West Curly Hollow Drive. Zone change from R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 sq. ft. lot sizes) to C-3 (General Commercial) on approximately 1.87 acres and AP (Administrative Professional) on approximately 1.37 acres located at Valley View Drive and 900 West. Zone change from C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) on approximately 5.65 acres and C-2 (Highway Commercial) on approximately 2.36 acres to C-1 on approximately 4.89 acres and C-2 on approximately 3.13 acres located at the intersection of Snow Canyon Parkway and Dixie Downs Road. Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
