- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, during a regularly scheduled meeting, beginning at 6 pm, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, at 1979 West 1900 South, regarding the following matters: Proposed Amendment to ยง10.82 RPC - Residential Planned Community Zone All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
