CALL TO ORDER 2. INVOCATION BY INVITATION 3. 4:30 PM SCHEDULED ITEMS 3.1. Public Hearing: Plat Amendment of Marvel View to Vacate an Easement. The applicant requests the City approve the plat amendment for Marvel View including a vacation of Lot 4, Marvel View Plat 'C' located at 1152 West 1300 North in the R8 zone Presenter:Kristina Haycock 3.2. Public Hearing: Preliminary Plat Approval The applicant requests the City approve the primary plat of Hidden Acres, Plat C at 1676 South 800 East, located in the R7.5 zone. Public Hearing: Chapter 12 Update The applicant requests the City amend Chapter 12 of the Orem City Code by updating the department in charge of business licensing from Development Services to Administrative Services and updating listed fees to those adopted by the City Council earlier this year.
