- Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR Tuesday, September 11, 2018 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. A work meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. for review of the agenda items. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION PUBLIC REVIEW 1. BRET GOVE ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT - CONDITIONAL USE The applicant, Bret Gove, is requesting conditional use permit approval for an accessory residential dwelling unit at 377 West 425 South in the R-1-10 (Single Family Residential) zone. PUBLIC HEARING 2. THORNLEY REZONE The applicant, Thursday Thornley, is requesting a rezone of approximately 1.00 acre from A (Agriculture) to R-S (Residential Suburban) at approximately 52 South and 2200 West.
