PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday September 18, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Library 30 East Center (main level) Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following item(s): Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance amending Chapter 14 'The Grove Zoning District to create an overlay zone that provides for flexibility in creating master-planned communities that incorporate commercial, office and mixed-use buildings as well as a variety housing types.
