Public Hearings Notice
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold six public hearings at approximately 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 19, 2018, in the City Hall Annex, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) an amendment to Chapter 19.73 of the Millcreek Code, to allow the Planning Commission to approve additional height subject to a Conditional Use Permit for property located at approx. 3089 S. Richmond St., 1291-1315 Gunn Ave. by applicant Cottonwood Partners & Solstice Development; 2) amendments to Millcreek Code regulating tattoo and massage establishments; 3) a preliminary plat approval for a one lot residential subdivision for property located at approx. 2533 E. 3900 S. by applicant Richard Lattimer; 4) a final plat approval of a plat amendment altering easements, conditions, and limitations on the Cove Point PUD plat for property located at approx. 3552 S. Cove Point Dr. by applicant Cove Point Homeowners Association; 5) a conditional use permit for a single-family dwelling in an R-1-5 Zone for property located at approx. 3350 S. 1100 E. by applicant Simple Homes LLC; and 6) a conditional use permit for a wireless telecommunications facility in a C-2 Zone for property located at approx. 898 E. 3300 S. by applicant Troy Benson. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall. The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearings should notify the City Recorder at 801-214-2601 two days prior to the meeting date.
