- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Tuesday September 4, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda Mayor will open the meeting stating time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the August 20, 2018 Public Hearing and Council Meeting 2. Wendy Yardley: After school program funding request. 3. Shannon Terry: Library courier service 4. Tommy Woolf: 4-H stock show support request 5. Transportation Tax Resolution 6. Cemetery Perpetual Care Resolution 7. Wells Fargo fraud filter fees 8. Barry Marshall: Swimming pool 9. Pay bills 10. Other Business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1.
