PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the County Council of Wasatch County will hold a REGULAR session in the Council Chambers in the County Administration Building, 25 North Main, Heber City, Utah, commencing at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, September 5, 2018. Jeff Graham, representative for VR Acquisitions LLC, is requesting a plat amendment for Plat W at Victory Ranch, which contains 28 lots on 285.93 acres. The proposal would create a new lot 384, split the existing lot 366 into two building lots, amend the building envelope of lot 343, and convert a portion of common area into a utility parcel for Jordanelle Special Service District. Final approval was granted in September of 2017. This plat is located on the south side of Evening Star Drive in Sections 5, 6 and 7 of Township 3 South, Range 6 East in the JBOZ (Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone). September 4, 2018 Brent R.
