AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR SESSION SEPTEMBER 5, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on September 5 at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Hearing, review and action on a zone map amendment from the R-1-20,000 Residential zone to the I-1 Industrial zone, located at 232 East 1500 South. 3. Review and action on a site plan for an accessory structure, located at 160 East 400 South in the R-2-7,500 Residential zone. 4. Hearing, review and action on a preliminary plan for Dixie Farms Flexible Lot PUD, consisting of 318 lots, located in the area of 1000 West 1100 South in the PR-3.0 Planned Residential zone. 5. Hearing, review and action on the preliminary plan for Stonecreek Plat B Conservation Subdivision, consisting of 76 lots, located at 400 South Storrs Avenue in the PR 3.0 Planned Residential zone. 6. Review and action on the final plat for Stonecreek Plat B Conservation Subdivision, consisting of 76 lots, located at 400 South Storrs Avenue in the PR 3.0 Planned Residential zone. 7. Review and action on the final plat for Osmond Retail AF Plat A, located at 520 South 500 East. 8. Hearing, review and action on a site plan for DBD Business Park, located at 72 South 700 East in the GC-2 Planned Commercial zone. 9. Hearing, review and action on an amendment to Section 15.01.110 of the American Fork Municipal Code regarding easements. 10. Other Business 11. Site Plan Committee Report 12.
