CONSIDER WEST PARK COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION (Administrative)
Consider the Final Plat of West Park Commercial Subdivision submitted by Mark Lynne to divide off a lot from his property located at 250 West 3700 North (county) on 6.24 acres in an industrial zone. No new buildings are part of the plan. Mark Lynne has disclosed himself as the developer. See LUA Minutes from 8/8/2018 and HPC Code 12.180 Planned Industrial Zone. Parcel ID: 04-028-0012
SIMPLIFY THE HPC CODE (Legislative)
Mayor Flint charged the Planning Commission to simplify the entire code. Discuss ways to approach and divide up sections. Melinda proposes the new Site Development Standards DRAFT replace HPC Code sections 12.110.050, 12.120.050 and 12.130.060. Discuss keeping or removing 'Temporary structures' reference.
