- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearing: a) The Council shall receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Leishman Estate Subdivision consisting of 3 lots total, located at approximately 150 West 300 North. Tax Id. # 11-081-0058 9. CAPSA Representative-to present a proclamation in recognition and support of making October Domestic Violence Awareness month. 10. Art Smith- Discuss tree trimming, fire blight along main street and tree trimming and removal of trees on town square. 11. Discuss funding for engineering study for potential water and sewer development and growth to the North and East of Wellsville City. 12. Perry Maughan-Discuss the actual cost for three options for future improvements of 200 East 13.Department reports 14. City Manager/Recorders report
