- TOWN of PORTAGE Planning and Zoning September 5, 2018 Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Portage will hold its regular Planning and Zoning meeting on Wednesday September 5, 2018 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W Portage, Utah. This meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 pm. There will also be a work session held just prior to the regular meeting at 6:00 P.M. *Both meetings are open to the public. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Work Session - The Planning and Zoning Commission will be reviewing the text of a final draft of the Master Plan update. 7:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony 1.Review and approve minutes from August 1, 2018 Planning and Zoning meeting. 2.Fill Planning and Zoning vacancies. 3.Discussion and decision on Zoning map to present to Town Council. 4.Discussion and decisions regarding mapping, graphing and text of Master plan update.
