NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on 05 September 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Citizen Concerns 3. Open Public Hearing 4. Discussion Proposed Castle Valley Special Service District Resolution 08162018 Connection Fee/Water Rate Schedule - August 2018 & Proposed Amendment to Elmo's Animal Ordinance , 11-10-89A Section 2 Set Licensing rate for Dog's without Rabies Vaccination. 5. Adjourn Public Hearing 6. Open Regular Meeting 7. Motions for Actions on Proposed Resolutions 8. Town Employee Report 9. Animal Control Officer Report 10. Horse & Buggy - Review/ Recommendations 11. Decision on Sprinkler Bids - Cemetery and Park Sprinkler System 12. Problems at the Cemetery -followup on loose headstones 13. Followup on Approved projects - Sprinkler system and Grass at Park - Kitchen at Town Hall, Etc. 14. Removal of Fence Around Ball Park 15. Town Truck - Registration - followup 16.
