- NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING FOR A WALL/FENCE HEIGHT APPROVAL Notice is hereby given that Jeff Horsley, owner of the property located at 1719 E. Siesta Drive, Cottonwood Heights, Utah, has requested approval to build an eight foot fence along the border of the property, pursuant to Cottonwood Heights Municipal Code chapter 19.76.050E(1). The City's Community and Economic Development Director will hold an Administrative Hearing for this application on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, at 12:00 p.m. at 2277 E Bengal Blvd, Room 124. The purpose of the Administrative Hearing is for the Community and Economic Development Director to take public comment on the conditional use application.
