APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. Approval of the minutes from August 1, 2018. 3. DECLARATION OF ABSTENTIONS & CONFLICTS 4. FINAL PLAT a. Consideration and recommendation to City Council for the Shooting Star Phase 1 Subdivision located at approximately 1300 East 1800 South. Applicant is Western States Ventures SG, LLC 5. ROAD DEDICATION a. Consideration and recommendation to City Council for a Road Dedication for the east of the intersection of Buena Vista Blvd and Green Spring Dr. Applicant is Troy Belliston 6. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT a. Public Hearing to consider approval of a Conditional Use Permit C-18-24 request for a 9,600 sq foot building and a manufacture production facility in an I-1 Light Industrial Zone located at 1462 East Midway Street. Applicant is Bryce Whitney 7. CITY CODE AMENDMENT a. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council a City Code Amendment amending Chapter 14, 9-14-22 Additional Height Waiver to be approved by City Council when buildings and structures are greater than the height or story currently allowed in a zoning district. Applicant is Washington City/ Drew Ellerman 8. DISCUSSION ITEMS a. Discussion on project updates. b. Discussion on upcoming training items. What the Planning Commissioners would like to have further training or instructions on.
