PRE-MEETING ITEMS 6:00 PM SITE VISITS - Please meet at City Hall at 6:00pm. (If commissioners decide to visit sites on this agenda, residents are welcome to accompany Planning Commissioners and Staff, using your own vehicle(s) for transportation,) 6:30 PM WORK SESSION - agenda items may be discussed. No decisions will be made during this portion of the meeting. 7:00 PM CONVENE REGULAR MEETING - Public Welcome & Chair Opening Statement ACTION ITEMS 1. PUBLIC HEARING - Stream Protection Setback and Preliminary Plat - 'Schofield' Subdivision - 2547 E. Valley View Following Conceptual approval for a 2-lot Subdivision, applicant, Jeff Shaw will present preliminary construction details and a proposal of a 50 foot waterway protection setback from Spring Creek for this residential subdivision. PF#18-1-08 2. PUBLIC HEARING - Parkside Mixed-Use Development - corner of Laney and 2225 East Applicant, Solstice Homes, will present a mixed-use (residential/retail) redevelopment project at this location. Conceptual site plan and architectural design proposal will be reviewed based upon the recommendations of Holladay Village Design Review Board. PF#18-1-10 3. Proposed Ordinance Amendment - Residential Grade Alterations Consideration to recommend an ordinance amendment setting maximum artificial grade alterations in residential zones PF#18-4-11 4. Proposed Ordinance Amendment - Accessory Building Definition (13.04: Accessory Buildings) Consideration to recommend an ordinance amendment to the current definition of Accessory Building and related use requirements PF#18-4-10 5. Approval of Minutes - 6/19/2018 DISCUSSION ITEMS 6.
