LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On September 13, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of the Mill Pond Heavy Commercial zone change, 37.1-acres of land located in the Mill Pond area changing the zoning from Commercial to Heavy Commercial (continued from the August 23, 2018 meeting). Public hearing and recommendation of Larry Jacobson's request for preliminary subdivision review for Snow's Springs Plat B, a 7-lot residential development located at 1484 South Evans Street in an approved RA-1 zone. Public hearing and consideration of Jeffrey Bernson's request for approval of the Storage World III site plan, a 3.29-acre commercial development, located at 708 West Main Street in an approved Commercial zone, including conditional use review for an exception to orient parking in front of the building. Public hearing and consideration of Julian Mercer's request for approval of the Mercer Gardens 2-lot subdivision with an existing home located at 710 West 300 North in an R-1-15 zone. Public hearing and consideration of Shane Yates request for approval of Yates Plat A 2-lot subdivision with an existing home located at 990 North 500 West in an R-2-zone. Public hearing and recommendation of Geneva Rocks request for TOD zoning on the Golding Annexation, approximately 48.78-acres of property located at approximately 5200 North 3000 West. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of an amendment to the Lehi City Development Code, Tables 05.030A and 05.030B, changing the regulations for temporary commercial sales trailer. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's requests for an amendment to the Lehi City Development Code Chapter 37, to include additional sidewalk requirements in the Connectivity Standards.
