Meeting Called to Order 6:00pm: Invocation by Invitation; Pledge of Allegiance B. Recognition: 1. Mark and Susan Mangum-Washington County Fair Seed Display C. Appointments: 1. La Verkin Hot Springs Committee D. Consent Agenda: (Items on the consent agenda may not require discussion. These items will be a single motion unless removed at the request of the Mayor or City Council.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Minutes: August 15, 2018 regular meeting minutes. 3. Review Invoices and Checks: $64,823.51 E. Committee Reports: Fire District, Sewer Board, Planning Commission, Water Board F. Citizen Comment & Request for Future Agenda Items: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for the citizens of La Verkin who have items not listed on this agenda. There is a time limit of 20 minutes with each individual taking no more than three minutes. G. Business: 1. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. R-2018-22; A resolution adopting the La Verkin City 2017 Culinary Master Water Plan. 2. Discussion and direction on a possible culinary water rate increase. 3. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. R-2018-23; A resolution adopting, approving, and authorizing the Mayor's signature on a second revised version of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Washington County for the provision of certain animal impound and sheltering services. 4. Discussion and possible action on Dumpster Days. H.
