Secretary) Ann Engar Linda Burbidge Lyle Mumford Tom Nelson (Sub committee--DVD consultant) Jared Cavili (sub-committee) 2. Report from Gina Chamness (City Manager) 3. Holladay History Night - Thursday, November 15, 2018 -- 7:00pm to 9:00pm-- - Reserved Big and Little Cottonwood Rooms for event - Set up night before (Wednesday, November 14 or Thurs. morning) - Artifacts for display - Advertising (flyers, Holladay Journal, banners) - Request Mayor Rob Dahle to welcome group and conduct event - What to wear - Entertainment - (20 mins before event) - Refreshments (Cookies, milk, water, apples, bread with honey butter & jam) - Books for sale - Past History DVD's in the library - DVD - need pictures -- Tom Nelson & Lyle Mumford 4. LONG RANGE PLAN - Meadows Cabin Restoration - Museum Building - Collect artifacts (need storage) - Website 5. Other matters from members of commission 6.
