NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, 4 September 2018, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Prayer 4. Petitions & communications: a. Josh Pecora, concerning purchase of 'old, old fire truck' b. Heather Pecora, concerning opening a facebook page for the fire department 5. Discuss obtaining a grant for development of the water spring 6. Discuss plans for replacing water meters 7. Discuss parameters for use of fuel tank 8. Approval of 3 July 2018 minutes (no quorum for 7 Aug 2018 meeting) 9. Reading of July 2018 invoices, as paid per Mayor Jensen's approval 10. Approval for payment of August 2018 invoices 11. Reports of officers and boards Citizens who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town will be given five (5) minutes to speak. Additional time will be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the Agenda at least five (5) days prior to the town council meeting. Town council meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month.
