Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: 1. Foxridge Development seeking an amendment to the General Plan Land Use Map from Commercial to Medium High Density Residential and the Official Zone Map from the CC-Community Commercial Zone to the RMF-2 Multi-Family Residential Zone on property located in the area of 600 South Main; and 2. Springville City seeking amendments to Springville City Code, Section 11-6-121, Flag Lot Development. Review date and time are SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
