- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 4th day of September 2018 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember N. Sparks - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held August 21, 2018 2. New Business - Ordinance 18-06 'An Ordinance Establishing A Moratorium On Construction And Development Within Certain Areas OF The Town Of Clarkston' - Town Code Review - Title 7 Public Ways & Property Chapters 1,2,3,4 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department Councilmember R. Thompson - Roads Department - Youth Council - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Parks Department - Community Center Rental Fees Councilmember N. Sparks - August Warrant List - Cemetery Department - LUDMA - Cost of Fire Hydrant 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - Sept. 18, 2018 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
