AGENDA Mapleton City Council Meeting Wednesday, September 5, 2018 Regular Session at 7:00 p.m. Mapleton City Council Chambers, 125 West 400 North, Mapleton, Utah 84664 CALL TO ORDER-INVOCATION- PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ---- MAYOR'S COMMENTS PUBLIC FORUM: Members of the audience may bring to the attention of the Mayor and Council any item that is not on the agenda. Please sign in. Speakers are generally given two to three minutes, at the discretion of the Mayor, to address the Council. State law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. The Mayor reserves the right to amend the order of the agenda items and to delete items no longer required for consideration. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 1. Approval of City Council meeting minutes- August 15, 2018 PUBLIC HEARING ITEM: 2. Consideration of a Resolution to amend the General Plan from Rural Residential to Low Density Residential and rezone to Residential Agricultural (RA-1) approximately 55 acres located generally at 1900 South and 2000 West. Consideration of a Resolution approving the Preliminary Plat and Architectural Review for the Harvest Park Subdivision, Plat 'P', consisting of 54 townhome units located at approximately 2525 West and 1000 South in the SDP-1 Zone. Consideration of a Resolution approving the Preliminary Plat for the Dignity Care subdivision consisting of 68 senior housing units and a commercial parcel in the R-2-B, TDR-R and GC-1 zones located at approximately 200 South Highway 89. Sean Conroy, Community Development Director 5. Consideration of a Resolution to enter into a Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement on property located at approximately 535 South Highway 89. A discussion item to discuss a proposal to create an agricultural based business that would include components of farming, education, receptions and a bed and breakfast at approximately 875 East 1600 North in the Agricultural-Residential (A-2) zone. A discussion to consider the renewal of a Lease Agreement between Mapleton City and American Tower regarding City owned property at approximately 3135 South 450 West.
