AGENDA FOR THE SALT LAKE CITY HOUSING ADVISORY AND APPEALS BOARD MEETING In Room 126 of the City & County Building at 451 South State Street Wednesday September 12, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. ______________________________________________________________________________ Board members will meet at the steps of the City & County Building on the east side. The field trip will leave at 11:30 am to observe the properties located at: 1316 East Downington Avenue (11:30 am - 11:45 am) demolition request 166 West 800 South (11:45 am - 12:00 pm) demolition request Lunch will be served to HAAB Board Members and Staff at 12:30 pm, in Room 126 following the field trip. These portions of the meeting are open to the public for observation. 1:00 pm POLICY MEETING: A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 1. HAAB will approve minutes from its meeting held Wednesday, June 13, 2018. B. CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSED DEMOLITION AND HOUSING MITIGATION PLAN: 1. Request for Demolition and Consideration of Housing Mitigation at 1316-1320 East Downington Ave (Case No. HAZ2018-02545; Downington Place, LLC) City Council District 7 - Amy Fowler 2. Request for Demolition and Consideration of Housing Mitigation at 166 West 800 South (Case No. HAZ2018-02546; Jefferson Partners, LLC) City Council District 4 - Derek Kitchen C. OTHER BUSINESS: 1. Board member preference on delivery of hearing packets, hard copy vs email. D. ADJOURN
