Staff recommends the Planning Commission approve the plat amendment and sidewalk waiver of The Farm, Plat B, vacating Wes Farley Plat A, located at 580 South 200 West in the R8 zone. Public Hearing - Preliminary Plat for Sunland Hills The applicant requests the City approve the preliminary plat of Sunland Hills Plat A located at 616 North 1060 West in the R6 zone. Public Hearing - Plat Amendment for Westview Terrace The applicant requests the City approve Westview Terrace Plat 'X' including a vacation of Lot 2, Westview Terrace Plat 'M', located at 128 West Westview Circle in the R8 zone. Presenter:Kristina Haycock 3.4. 2018 Orem Moderate-Income Housing Study Send a recommendation to City Council regarding the adoption of the 2018 Orem Moderate-Income Housing Study as Appendix I of the General Plan. Imagine Orem: State Street Districts Staff will present, discuss, and answer any questions regarding the upcoming proposed ordinance amendment for the remain four State Street Districts.
