Notice to Morgan City Residents of PUBLIC HEARING The Morgan City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing regarding amending The General Plan located westerly of 275 North for 3 parcels; 00-004-0921/ 9.35ac, 00-0059-0206/1.10ac and 00-0057-5785/1.00ac from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential as well as amending the Zoning map from Rural Residential to Multi-Family on the same parcels. The meeting will be held on Tuesday September 18th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. In the Court/Council Room at the Morgan City Offices located at 90 W. Young Street.
