- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on THURSDAY, August 30, 2018 at the Eureka Memorial Building, 263 West Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. READING/APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. 3. REPORT OF OFFICERS - BOARDS - COMMITTEES. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. a. Review and Discussion of possible changes to Ordinance No. 11-14-2017, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 5 of the Eureka City Zoning Ordinance. 5. NEW BUSINESS. a. Mayor Castleton & Aaron Travis Beaird - Community Development. b. Christy Hansen - Building Permit Application for a Car Port - Discussion on setback requirement from road. 6. MISCELLANEOUS. 7.
