- CITY OF WEST JORDAN CDBG PROGRAM-CAPER The City of West Jordan is in the process of completing and submitting to the Department of Housing and Urban Development its' Comprehensive Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER). This report covers all activities undertaken and performance under the Community Development Block Grant Program during FY 2017-2018. Persons wishing to review and make comments during the development of this document can do so by contacting Charles Tarver, CDBG/Grants Manager, City of West Jordan, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088, and (801) 569-5062 or T-T-Y 711 for the hearing impaired or at Charles.tarver@westjordan.utah.gov The final version of the CAPER will be submitted to the Department of Housing & Urban Development prior to September 28, 2018.
