NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a Public Hearing along with a meeting on Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. This meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. 1. 6:00 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding a proposed lot split at approximately 234 South 440 East, Shane Knudsen 2. Proposed Approval of Home Occupation at 180 W. 300 No., R&B Cleaning, Brandie Butcher 3. Proposed Approval of Home Occupation at 535 West 100 South, Mobile Cut & Go Barbershop, Shantel Henderson 4. Proposed Approval of Preliminary Minor Subdivision Application, Shane Knudsen 5. Proposed Approval of Final Minor Subdivision Application and recommendation to Council for Proposed Approval, Shane Knudsen 6. Review Appendix A, Table of Uses: Bed and Breakfast Inn, Section 1714 and Personal Care Service for possible amendments 7. Approve Minutes 8.
