PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove Land Use Hearing Officer will hold a Public Hearing for Variances on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at The Pleasant Grove Recreation Center, 547 S Locust Ave, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Variance from City Code Section 10-11D-8: Yard Requirements (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Patricio Hinojosa for a variance from City Code Section 10-11D-8 which requires a landscaped front setback of 25 feet. The property is located at 172 S Pleasant Grove Boulevard in the CS-2 (Commercial Sales-2) Zone.
